Working Safely is a one-day course for staff from any sector with no supervisory or managerial responsibility. It provides grounding in the essentials of health and safety – everyone at work should have an understanding of why they must ‘work safely’ and this course offers exactly that. This course is designed to improve the safety culture within an organisation and focuses on how individual actions contribute to health and safety in the workplace. The course is designed as a fun way to deliver the information that delegates need to know in practice. It aims to be light on technical jargon and includes scenarios drawn from genuine work situations to drive home the practical points. The course can be delivered as part of an induction programme or as part of ongoing training.
